At Cyclelodeals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Certain items, such as clearance products or gift cards, may be ineligible for returns. Please refer to specific product pages for any restrictions.

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at cyclelodeals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide instructions for the return process.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: Cyclelodeals will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For All Other Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process above, and place a new order for the replacement item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, final sale items, and certain perishable or custom products are non-returnable.
  • Health and personal care items are also non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
